1. What documents I need to provide to rent a car?

Passport and/or your national ID (International Driving Permit is required if your Driving license is printed on non-English (latin) alphabet) , credit card and billing address for an individual + business name and VAT number for companies.

2. How much is the security deposit?

The amount of required security deposit ( deductible) is specified for each vehicle and is calculated at 25% of the car's value. Security deposit is 100% refundable.

2. How do I cancel my reservation?

Reservation can be cancelled at any time within 10 days from the rental date. To cancel your reservation contact us via email or phone. You receive a total refund or be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy. Service fee including Processing fee is not refundable.
